Alexander Forbes aka Alexander pyramid FSP

I rsigned and my last day was the 30 September 2019 and my HR department send everything threw to Alexander Forbes, only thing outstanding was the pension contribution, i called again after i saw the allocation of my last salary pension portion on the Alexander Forbes app and I call the call centre, average holding time is 20 min before any one answers, the dude confirmed everything is there and payoutshould hapen in 10 days, surprisingly no payout in 10 days, I called again and this time the woman first told me that the fund administrator did not allocate the money and when i told her it reflects on the app as allocated she then change her story that she cant confirm cause the system is down, Alexander Forbes cant give any concrete answers or even dates yet they receive our contributions on a monthly basis, the service i have receive thus far is similar to a pyramid scheme where they take our money and just make empty promises when they need to pay you out, I need Alexander Forbes to pls get back to me with decent feedback and no bull**** just give my money that I invested
