Alexander Forbes ain’t ****

Let me start by saying WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! From the first call made to this poor excuse of a company I could already see issues ahead. Let me take you back to October of 2024 I was contacted by the tracing services affiliated with Alexander Forbes regarding an unclaimed provident fund… I sent through my paperwork and was told everything was in order and processed. I called in again after a month to yours truly … Alexander Forbes and was told that it was only processed the 26 November 2024 and that they were somehow manually processing it and that it’ll take 6 to 8 weeks.. okay so I waited 6 to 8 weeks and called in again only to be told that it’s STILL in process. I’m sorry but what now? I think this people are deliberately trying to **** me the **** off as I was told AGAIN that it’s going to take 6 to 8 weeks. Listen , Mr Alexander Forbes… please give me MY money. And why the heck are you processing claims manually? Before ending my super awesome call the lady said that she’s going to put in urgency regarding this matter and make sure our friend Mujahid from Alexander Forbes releases the funds :| I have no faith at this point as I’m being taken for a ****.

Matter of the fact … Alexander Forbes you are in breach and withholding money that does not belong to you!! Fix this **** you ****s !!
