I have had nothing but problems with this fund. I have a future maintenance claim, I sent through the order and they still have not let me know of the affordability. I have now been on the phone for longer than 20 minutes and all I get is that they will not pay because my ex is still an active member. I am talking about a COURT ORDER which they seem to be above of and secondly I have a 5year old to maintain hence the application in the first place. Maybe they think that they are above all court orders. I am soooooo frustrated!!!
