Alexander Forbes a horrible company to deal with. They do not bother to get back to you. You are not important to them.
This is a horrible company to deal with.I had a payout but I am over 55 and should not have paid VAT. I phoned them constantly to find out if this is happening they assured me that everything is fine. When I got paid I had a nice surprise VAT was taken. I have been phoning and phoned sending emails to no a vale no response. I am very disappointed in this company that I trusted with my money.
