It’s been two months and Alexander Forbes has not paid my pension money. When you call the advisors don’t know anything instead they tell you they going to check with administrator and call you back and they never do. Everyday I’m calling and I speak to a different and all they say is I understand your frustration. So in two month no payment I can’t pay for my policies and other things they have lapsed due to these ****ers. I wonder what will the ombudsman man about this? These people have caused me so much problems financially I’ve never had this problem with Old Mutual or momentum. Alexander Forbes is a **** or there is something wrong going on there. And it’s affecting me. From this platform I’m going to social media and the ombudsman man. They so useless that when you call their complaints department you get a machine that says the staff is in a meeting you must call back. What ****ery is that.
