I have been trying to get somebody at AF who will let me know what is happening with an amount that they declared to SARS but didn't pay to me.. The two ladies I first spoke to me disappeared, hopefully not fired for disclosing the outstanding amount, and since months it is a total silence. If you write to them, they send you back a list of addresses that means nothing .I had a lady on the customer services who initially tried to help and then again vanished. I have yet to find such an obnoxious company who benefits from money invested that do not belong to them. They should be forbidden to trade!

I used to be a client of Alexander Forbes through the MIchelin MTCSA company years ago.
My registration number was 12/8/37088/1
In 2019 I think, a tracing bureau contacted me to get details about me as I might have been due a refund from Alexander Forbes ( some amount that was invested and due further to me leaving your scheme).
I didn't hear anymore so I assumed that I was not entitled to it.
End of 2021, the same tracing company contacted me again and this time at the beginning of 2022, I got an amount paid by yourselves of R 52088.00 without any paperwork or explanation from you....
Now to my surprise I found out that you have declared to SARS on the year of assessment 2020, the amount of R 48804.00 also which I absolutely cannot recall and cannot find in my bank statements!
Could you please let me know when this amount was paid, where and why and supply me with proof of payment.
I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter urgently.
