Alexander Forbes

I do not know why my late husband paid his monthly contributions to Alexander Forbes. My daughter is in Grade 2 and she has lost her daddy 4 years ago. According to me he paid this money so that my daughter can be taken care of, but now the problem is they are taking the decision into their own hands by deciding where the money should be paid out to. I know my daughter and her needs and to pay money towards school fees where she has a bursary is going to cause a lot of problems because the school is going to cancel the bursary and the I will be held responsible for school fees. I asked them they must pay it out to study classes due to the fact that she needs to attend study classes because of my working hours. Now it is a hassle to get them to pay it because they took the decision into their own hands and make the decision on behalf of me the mother of the child. My question is, isn't it the responsibility of the mother to know what should be paid and what not. Why do they take the decision into their hands and why do they not listen to me as the mother?
