Alexander Forbes

Last week I posted a review on this platform to complain about the poor service I received from Alexander Forbes.

The same day I was contacted by a Kusha Naidoo and they apologized for the inconvenience caused and that they will look into the problem and give me feedback on wednesday 13th October. I am still waiting for feedback. I tried phoning, sending emails but as I expected I never get any replies.

My issue has been coming since August and no one is doing anything to assist me even tho the mistake was made on their side. I have left messages and sent emails to the following persons, Stephanie Moses, Wusi Gcaza and their direct supervisor Jack Matlu. I have never received any call back or feedback from any of them.

I would strongly advise anyone whom is thinking to do any business with this company or any of their representatives to think twice!! It would be a very big mistake!!!

Worst service I have ever received in my life! Pathetic!!!!!
