<p>These people have no truth. I took up a policy with them when was at my pervious company, they told me what to do if I wanted to cancel. </p> <p>I have filled in forms over 10 times and sent them but and all these times its always excuses when I call. </p> <p>This is a huge company yet they can't pay us back the money we put it. </p> <p>It's shocking because when it's time for them to offer us policies they so helpful and can answer all your questions but when you put a claim they can't answer you. </p> <p>It's over 4 months now and all I hear is the payment is made 1 week and the next week I call it will be made the next. I'm tired of all these games that they are playing because it's not funny at all. I just need what belongs to me.</p> <p>if anyone can help please advise me accordingly. </p>
