Alexander emails bank rejects payments..bank said they do not reject payments

I've logged a complaint on hellopeter lastweek and was promised to sort out the issue.This is very unpleasant and disturbing experience that ive been going through for almost a month,I have heard nothing from no one.If no one can assist me as promised I will take this further further.
