Alexander Claim

It's always a struggle for a claim to go thru at Alexander ,they don't communicate. Worse part they will have same issues every time you put a claim. I mean my first claim for 2pots it was stuck because of marriage certificate, and I send to them.2nd claim same problem, but I mean you should have my documents on your system by now. now I'm retrenched the company I was working for submit a claim for me, no communication from Alexander that they require my marriage certificate again for 3rd time. only when I phone when it's almost 2 weeks, they tell me my claim is paused because of marriage certificate, so if I didn't phone and check my claim, my claim will be stuck and no money. I can't even track my claim on the app, while on the first day I could track it.
