Alexandar Forbes yet very disappointing for my provident fund certificate

Good Day I would like to firstly apologize to all parties involved with reference to my previous posting regarding the complaint against Alexander Forbes. I retract my complaint and would like to add the following. I was sadly misinformed and did not completely understand the required documentation that was being requested and should not have posted the complaint. I would like to thank Kusha at Alexander Forbes and any individuals who were involved for clarifying the situation for me and assisting me in the resolution to my query. There professionalism and response to my query has been commendable. I would also like to add that there was no ill intention towards Alexander Forbes or my Company and HR department as it may have seemed so in my comment. Both my company's HR department and those at Alexander Forbes have been nothing short of helpful, professional and gone above and beyond their means to assist me with my query. I would like to extend my gratitude and sincerest apologies to all parties involved, for their assistance and professionalism which was nothing short of industry excellence. Regards Mrs K Govender
