Alex Forves pension dept completely unhelpfull

I have phoned Alexander Forbes Pension department *** TWELVE TIMES today 10/02/2926. Requesting payslip copies for SARS. At first they sent me for the Current year while i requested for the PREVIOUS TAX YEAR. Stacey gives any sort of totally nonsensicle answers and with most of the calls she just cut the line while im talking. My problem is STILL NOT SOLVED. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFULL AND KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD ENDLESSLY. THEY SAY THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE INFOSLIPS APP WHICH I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT TO BY USING MY ID NUMBER. THEY SAY IF THEY ARE ABLE TO CONNECT I SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO CONNECT. THEY JUST KEEP DROPPING THE PHONE WHILE IM TALKING. HIRRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO ASSIST WITH THE MOST BASIC QUESTION.
