Alex Forbes - Worst Service/Biggest Rouges in the provident fund business

Alex Forbes Provident Fund is the most useless rouge company around !!. They are sitting with my provident fund transferred to them from 30 October 2019 and till today it has not been transferred into my provident fund. No one can trace references/Emails and phone calls goes unanswered. Most pathetic service and teh worst part is i am stuck with them with my life savings !!! Anyone else has this problem ?
