Alex forbes worst pemsion fund i have ever dealt with

I am so dissapointed and in lack of words to descrobe the unprofessional conduct and tourture i have experinced dealing with alex forbes tp try get my profident fund i subbmitted my document in november 7th they acknowledge they recived tgem but section 14 transfer is being done i must wait fine but the middle of november i called as they never give feedback and was told no section 14 is finalised i must wait for the transfer . In january got another mail that 22 february 2024 the transfer will be done then payments will be done but by the 11th when i called i was told no we got tax directive please wait 7 to 14 days for your money to be paid out but to my suprise i called on the 26th today now im being told no there is a delay you wont get your payment i have already made plans i need to register for a course it looks like im stuck i told the school no friday ill pay as i was sure alex forbes will pay my money im going from pilar to post worst part is no one calls you for feedback @alex forbes please pay wjats due to me
