Alex Forbes Wizards at making funds disappear

So, I have left the employment of company A at the end of March 2020. All forms filled in for the pension fund transfer to company B (Also an AF customer), This is now 6 months later, and still no money, or feedback. This surely must be the worst customer service in the world. If they have your money, let it be paid out and run.
