Alex Forbes, waste of time financial services

The worse customer service ever, I resigned from my job in November 23' a maintenance order was approved on the 22nd of January 24' and today the 7th of February I'm still waiting for them to apply for tax from my provident fund, I have received no communication in this matter but to call back in 48hours since December 23', personally I wouldn't advise anybody to leave any money with this company, I ask for a simple email to let me know about proceeding and I get nothing, I ask for a simple call to update me and I get nothing, by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm still phoning after my own money because absolutely no communication was sent to me.
