Alex Forbes refuses to give me access to my own money

I submitted a request to withdraw my funds on the 4th October 2022 and to date nothing. Even after escalation to the complaints department Mpho, the "client Liaison officer" from complaints takes 2 weeks to respond to an email only to indicate that they still busy with my request which was promised to take a maximum of 8 weeks. Mpho does not even bother to answer the questions on email. Please run far away from Alex Forbes, the after sales service is non existent. They have an investment of mine since 2015 and no statements or correspondence has ever been received even after numerous attempts.
