Alex Forbes - Poor Technical Assistance
I have been trying to login to my account for more than a month with no success. When I try to recover my login credentials I get an error that no profile exists. When I try to register I get an error that profile already exits. When I call I am told to go to the app. When I get to app it takes me back to the website to register. I am caught in a loop and I just keep going round and round and round. Funny thing is that when I ask to speak to a Financial Advisor I am connected in less than 10 minutes. The whatsapp chatbot has also been deactivated. Although I don't think it would be anymore helpful.
I wonder why our company moved my provident fund from Sanlam to Alex forbes.
I wish it would take me back to Sanlam.
