Alex Forbes operating like a South African Government institution

Worst financial service ever. I’ve submitted the documents they asked for via email. I followed up and called them to confirm that they received the email. They confirmed yes they received it. But today when I called they told me the documents haven’t been received. They hang up on couple of times. They promised to send me confirmation email that they send to their back office but still I haven’t received it. Alex Forbes its operating like a Government institution😡😡
