Alex Forbes nowehere to be found .
Its totally unacceptable that this company puts customers for 1 hour on old and promise to call with 12 hours and respond to emails in the next 38 hours its total nonsense and irresponsible .
My late had an investment with them and i have trying for days now to notify them about her unfortunate passing no one is answering calls i stayed on hold for 1 hour and i will take up the matter with the Omsbud as well its totally unacceptable.
