Alex Forbes lack of service
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service by a company as big as Alex Forbes. I have been struggling to withdraw funds from my provident fund since August 2022. Here we are at the end of January 2023 and they still have not paid, or even submitted my forms!!! Truly disgusted in their service.
