Alex Forbes lack of response

After not receiving a call back from Alex Forbes yesterday , I called Alex Forbes this morning regarding IRP5/IT3(a) reflecting on my tax return.

I spoke to an agent who when I asked for his name, would not provide it. He noted my query, and then put me on hold. After holding for more than 4 minutes, I finally ended the call.

This is pathetic service on the part of Alex Forbes. All I need is an explanation as to why my investments are reflecting on my 2021 tax return. Surely there is someone there that could provide this information ?!?!?!
