Alex Forbes is such a failure

I still wonder why is Alex Forbes still responsible for people's finances really because it's the worst, my complain is similar to the complaints I've read against you. I submitted my claim in December 11 2024 and they said I should expect my funds after 4 to 6 weeks it's March now going on April and still nothing.ive been calling and emailing every month the consultants know nothing, the reply on email are not helpful they are the same. When I called they said there is a waiting period of 2 to 3 months before receiving your money. I waited for that 3 months I called the consultant said the 3 months waiting period means the process is only starting not that I'll be receiving the money. The consultants keep telling you something different all of them making you feel stupid. When I call they tell me the process hasn't moved its still on assessment, if I had to wait for 3 months for the process to start why is it still stuck on assessment. Will you stop playing games and do your jobs and send us our money. It's annoying and frustrating really. Toying with people's lives and their needs!
