Alex Forbes is nonsense!
If it was possible to give zero star rating, I would. I would advise everyone to never open any sort of policy or investment with this group.
Logged a withdrawal in April 2022, to date I have not received anything. Just expect to wait for a minimum of 20min before your call can be picked up by the right dept, but still your query won't be resolved anyway. I had the same withdrawal process with Allan Gray and I'm proud to say I got the funds within 8 working days.! Exactly 8!
The ombudsman needs to take the customer complaints against this company more seriously now. They have no desire to improve.
