Alex Forbes is giving me medical anxiety!

Reading all these comments makes me very scared and filled with anxiety. I have been trying to get through to the Alex Forbes call center for the past week and no avail. I have been holding on over 1 hour each time I call, I always get put through to the call center press 3 and then hold for hours and not once. I have run out of airtime and have no other platform to reach them. I am waiting for my provident fund payout and I am having anxiety if its ever going to happen. All I ever received was an sms after my employee sent my withdrawal documents through and that was it. Now I can not get hold of ANYONE. Its so sad especially for a financial institution that deals with people's livelihoods
