Why must we beg to have our withdrawal claims paid out? I resigned from my previous company on the first of September and filled paperwork for withdrawal within the same week. AF comes back to me on 10 October requesting for additional documents as I have changed surnames because of marriage, AF confirms that the tax directive was received and it was a matter of paying out the funds. I submit the documents on the same day and receive confirmation that payment would be made within 5 to 10 days. I wait out the 10 day period and no payment comes through. I call in and Im told it actually takes 10 to 15 working days. I wait out another week and still no payment. On the the 4th of November the administrator acknowledges receipt of my documents after I had to call in to follow up. At this point Im baffled that it takes a whole month for one to check and respond to work emails. Since then I’ve been calling every week and each time Im told the payment had been made and I need to wait 5 days, next time I call again Im told to wait another 3 days because my payment was reject by my bank and they would need to process the payment manually. I follow up after a week only for AF to tell me send the documents again with no reason why payment was not made in the first place. Its been Promise after promise for the last the last 6 weeks. And no one is going to compensate me for the interest that AF is making while my money sits in their bank account. This honestly is white collar *******. AF is a ****.a company of theives. All I want right mow is my hard money. I hope to never have to deal with this company again
