Alex Forbes incompetence

On the 2nd week of January I tried submitting a withdrawal but I was unable to do so and I ended up calling in and I was advised that they were having issues with online submissions and therefore I have to ask my former employer to submit it on my behalf, that was done and my former employer even sent me ref numbers but I still can’t track the claim so once again I called in and I was told the claim was closed and an email was sent to me but however I didn’t receive any email regarding my claim. It’s been weeks of being sent from pillar to post and one seem to know what they are doing or they just don’t care. I’m told the paperwork is incomplete but I personally made sure that everything was filled in completely and correctly. I don’t know if it’s an incompetency thing, or a racial thing but I don’t think they value their clients and I don’t think anyone who cares about their finances should do business with them as this is totally unacceptable!
