ALEX FORBES - EXTREMELY BAD BAD SERVICE

Good day. I've been calling AF for my PF payout almost everyday for 2 months and spoke to about 8 different consultants and every time they say that my query has been logged with their Team leaders to escalate to the administrators, I mean how many Teams leaders are 'supposedly' escalating the same query. They keep saying that they going to get back to me. No one ever calls back or sends an email. Why do you have to fight for your own money??? This is really not on. This is so frustrating that a consultant is saying the same thing but absolutely nothing gets resolved.
