Alex forbes doesn't want to pay me

My name is Freda and i've been out of a job now for two months, alex forbes has my pension fund,at first they said my payment was denied due to bank validation process. I managed to fix it the same day I got the message and I gave them a call to check if my documents were okay and I was told that they fine and payment will be made within 48hrs that was on the 21 November,48hrs I call back to find out what happening with my payment and I wa told to wait another 48hrs. I waited and no payment was made. I called for the third time now I was told wait 48hrs I called again after 48hrs and I was told that I sent my documents to the old email address like that was my problem because it was the alex employee who gave that address and now this guy I spoke to by the name of Dinesh Byphilingum told me he would escalate the Matter and ask them to make an urgent payment and that he would call me at the end of the day to let me know of any progress or movement on.my profile and he never called back. Yesterday I called again I spoke to Reginald Shai who told the same thing and said he'd call come end of business day and let me know how far the process is going and still no call. Today I asked to asked for the supervisor after holding for 12 minutes and the cut and no one bothered to call me back. I am very frustrated as I have kids to feed and house hold to take care of and no one cares to help me. This is taking a toll on me and I'm tired, it's as if I'm asking them for a loan when it's in fact money I've been saving for years that they don't want to pay out. Next week it's 16 December and will be going on holiday with their salaries and bonus whilst I'm still waiting for payment that my company has requested 17 October. I am really frustrated.
