Alex Forbes deserves not a single star rate they have unfriendly assistance, no communication & it's very difficult to get a payout from them

I submitted claim documents on the 11 Feb 2026 at Alex Forbes form beneficial funds, till to day no payout. After I wrote a number of times emailing to them without response, An unfriendly consulted final called on the 1 April to say the signature is not clear they think it's ***** I should fill in the form& send it again to them and I did that with no respond, I repeatedly sent it. And they called again and asked personal questions I answered everything & I was told I will get payment after 5 days. It's more than 12 days now nothing & I've been sending emails to them they don't reply & their number needs a lot of airtime (which I don't have cause I'm a student)it get finished by a answering machine they don't answer calls. I've been sending messages to every platform they have but no assistance.
