Alex Forbes delayed withdrawal...bad service

I had taken early retirement on the 16th September where all forms filled and documents supp****. It's 4weeks now since and I did not get a claim number.l can't get thru on the phone with them just on hold which eats ur airtime. Send call back says in 48 hours gees still no call. Email no response.is this the kinda company that's handling my money. Clearly all S.O.P's dnt stand or yourl dnt practice. After waiting 4 weeks I'm told it takes 6to 8 weeks more when the claim is eventually registered which it's not.i know of many people who did they withdrawal with Alex forbesand in 3 weeks was sorted. Very very weird that my claim is not registered as.
