Alex Forbes a useless company

This company is useless infact thier IY team is just nonsense.I logged in on the 1 st of September to check if I was able to log a claim. The website was not available as it is said they were preparing for the influx of applications that would come through. Fair enough I then attempted on the 3rd of September than that was an absolute nightmare as I was unable to log in.like every one because their system could not handle the pressure, but what kind of nonsense is this what we’re they preparing for. It’s the 17th today the website still can’t handle the pressure what a useless IT team they have. The company itself is useless I submitted my claim on the 4 to date it’s stuck on one page . A friend on mine submitted claim and got money in 4 days what nonsense is this so the turn around time is only applicable to certain people. How can someone who submitted a claim after me be paid before me . Moving our pension fund was the worst mistake our company made. This company has not even apologised to its members for being this useless.I want my money.
