Alex Forbes a Disgrace

Alex Forbes is really a waste of time financial institute; I submitted my claim on the 3rd of September and up until today have not received any communication from them. On the 1st of October my claim will be 20days old and still on claim registered. I got hold of them after the first week and the consultant still had an attitude when I followed up on my claim by telling me that it takes 20days for a claim to be processed and I need to be patient, well guess what it is almost 20days and nothing has happened yet. Each day I spend about 2 hours on different on numbers trying to get hold of Alex Forbes all that you hear is please hold we are aware of your call a consultant will be with you shortly, but never gets through to a consultant, WhatsApp line is also out. As soon as you want to apply for a policy by them that department can answer and transfer you though to the department of the 2-pot system, but also not use because they do not answer. While a person is holding, they would say you should watch out for ***** I think that Alex Forbes is the ***** and will never recommend anyone to them. My wife is with another institute and got paid out a week later, I have colleges that app**** after me and got their funds.
