i claimed on the 4th of SEPTEMBER but this company is not updating at all on what is going on ,their helpdesk is ridiculous you wait for an hour to be attended to by someone who won't be clear about your claim status. why are people after 2 getting pay out after 3 days when we sitting on day 12 with no correspondence
