Alendrafobes terrible financial services to invest with them.hide information.
When I invest my money with Alexandra Forbes, in February 2025 they had hide some important information to me. To me it was that I will have an access to money at anytime when I need it.but unfortunately they had put in to my pension fund that would not have access on it.
I had logged a query regarding this, as I need to withdraw the money. At first they were refusing ,After their investigation they found that their Financial adviser did not declear information to me, that i would not have an access to money until certain age. They apologized and promise to correct the query by allowing me to withdraw.
Now my problem is that they delay the process for me to withdraw. As this is their mistake, Alendrafobes must resolve this matter immediately. Is being so long I had logged this complain.
Now they are playing delaying tactics. Informing that the manager is not around .he,she is on leave.
they are sending me pillar to post. The money is agent, I need to use it.
