AForbes ***********

Aforbes has proved to me time and again that they are quite ***********. AForbes is the Fund Administrator for my previous employer. They have a turn around time of 6 - 8 weeks to pay out Retirement Funds once you have submitted your withdrawal of your funds.

My last day at my previous employer was on the 13 September and we filled my withdrawal paperwork, which was submitted to AForbes. They paid me a small portion of my funds and up until today they can not give me a resolution timeline. I phoned them numerous times over the last weeks including today and they tell me a section 14 is in progress and can not give me a timeline.

This has been a trully unpleasant experience as my plan was to pay certain bills off. Now I have been paying interest on these bills that I had planned on paying off.

This is really ridiculous that the staff can't even give me an estimate timeline.
