AF STAFF LAUDERING OUR 2 POT MONEY

I have had the worst nightmare with Alex Forbes. I submitted my claim on the 10th of September to date I have not received my money hence everyone I know received and I submitted it before them, I do not owe SARS any money and the bar is not moving since it got stuck on payment, the scariest part is that that savings pot funds are no longer in that pot it's gone and I'm worried maybe there's internal ***** going on whereby they paying themselves with our money that's why there's no progress. I wish our organization could consider our discussion with management to move us to another company because this is scary to think that this will happen to our kids when they have to claim after we pass on. Can Alexender Forbes explain to me what happened to my money in the pot (where did it go because I did not receive any funds in my account), the bar has been stuck on the payment since the 24th of September and today is the 1st of October. we cannot get hold of anyone either by call or WhatsApp all your lines are useless. I need answers because I feel like I'm being ****med right under my nose. WHERE IS MY MONEY THAT WAS IN THE SAVINGS POT, WHY IS IT NOT IN MY ACCOUNT BY NOW AFTER 4 DAYS? Their service is the worst ever I wouldn't even wish on my enemy to go through. how do I trust that in the future when I retire I will even get my pay out? How did my money disappear from the pot
