AF Online is completely useless

I can't seem to check any of my savings. The site is always down, it wants me to change my password by submitting a temporary one to my email. When I try to reset my password it says an error occurred. For the last 3 weeks now! You would think a financial adviser would actually bother to get decent programmers to manage a site where I can at least look at all the money I have been giving you.
