AF doesn’t want to give you your money

My withdrawal claim was sent through to AF on the 28th of January at which time I received an sms telling me I would receive my funds within 4 weeks after my my last contribution was paid. I’ve been calling almost every 2 weeks since the 8th of March to enquire about MY money. My first call I was lead to believe I’d be paid out by the end of March latest. On the 25th of March I called and I was told paperwork was back from SARS and all that was left now was to pay me out - 2 weeks later and still nothing!! I called again on Tuesday this week telling them I wanted my money by the end of the week which they agreed was fair since this has been going on for over 2 months!!! Every time I have called I have had to wait too long and eventually ask for a call back. I have asked for feedback from the representatives I’ve spoken to and I never get any! This is my money - please pay it out to me. I was retrenched in January - I have things to pay for!!
