AF: *********** and unresponsive

My experience with Alexander Forbes has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others.

Earlier this year, I transferred my funds to a different company. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a months long ordeal due to this company's sheer incomptence. They submitted incorrect source codes and they also got the tax directive wrong on my IRP5 (which I also spent weeks trying to get out of them). This is now preventing me from submitting my tax return on time, and I am potentially facing penalties and a compromised tax compliance status as a result.

Despite my repeated follow-ups, they took months to even acknowledge the issue and communication from their side was virtually non-existent. Their delays, lack of accountability and poor communication have caused significant financial and administrative stress. For a company that claims to be professional, their handling of this matter has been anything but. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this *********** company with anything related to their finances.
