Administrative Incompetence at Alexander Forbes

Administrative and Beaurocratic incompetence at Alexander Forbes Financial Services!!!! I cannot believe that after almost a year of trying to move my provident funds out of Alexander Forbes, I have failed. The Administrators are so badly *********** that I don't even think they know what the heck they are supposed to be doing over there... It doesn't work. I've been running in endless circles with them for 10 months trying to transfer my provident funds to my new employer pension scheme. The administrators keep sending the same emails requesting the same information and asking me to complete the same form ****erally) repeatedly, and I keep telling them that I have already completed the damn form and sent it to them, but they keep demanding the same thing all the time, for 10 months!!! This is insane, ********ly insane! It's as if there are no Managers and Supervisors at Alexander Forbes Financial services at the Company's Head Office in JOHANNESBURG. This is f@@#$ing crazy!!!!
