Account QUery

If i could choose myself where my pension fund will be invested, I would had definitely taken everything away from your investment after the type of service I am receiving. My account was locked and called to unlock it as your policies advise i cannot get details from your consultants. I was promised a turnaround time of 24hrs on wednesday. Nothing has happened since then, account still locked. Currently been on the phone with your offices for 30mins straight been transferred from one department to another and now with switchboard which also put me on hold. Why is it so difficult to get something so small done? A large chunk of my pension fund has been withdrawn and need to check and you are incapable of assisting me
