Absurd service at Alexander Forbes!!!!!!!
The only reason for me giving a star is to have my opinion heard. If I had it my way it would have been a 0.00.
It has been over 3 months and all I get told is the end of July 2024.
One response email from them acknowledges my exit date and the other one states they have issues wit their unit trust prices, which I told the lady with all due respect is not my problem.
My mental health is taking a hell of a knock seeing I can't get my medication. My kids is still dependant on me.
This is the most absurd service or shall I say lack of service I have ever received. And to top it all it is MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

31 Jul 2024, 14:16I have now requested a proof of payment multiple times. Kgomotso has given me her word that I will receive this, but nothing has been received from them.
They have given me their word that MY MONEY which I am entitled to will be transferred at 11h30 on 31 July 2024. Now as a creditor and a payroll administrator if you give your cient a date the money was suppose to be available in the given date yet NOTHING has been received.
I need my proof of payment ASAP!!
ALEXANDER FORBES EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY PUSHING ONE TO THE EXTREME AS TO COME TO A LUBLIC PLATFORM IN ORDER TO GET THE MONEY WHICH I HAVE INVESTED FROM THEM.
URGENT ASSISTANCE HAS BEEN REQUESTED BUT NOTHING GETS DONE!?!?!?
