Absolutely terrible service from Alexander Forbes
Absolutely poor service since day one. It’s been an ongoing difficulty since last year June. There is absolutely no communication from anyone they simply just ignore you. The way that claims are handled is unprofessional and inconvenient. Will not recommend Alexander Forbes at all. Worse service ever and my matter is still not resolved constantly an excuse. Internal processes are definitely not to standard and the turnaround times are ridiculous.
