absolutely pathetic service from Alexander forbes for pension withdrawal.

I have resigned from my company in August , 6 weeks ago. By this time i do expect to be able to phone the call centre and get feedback.. noone can help me and i am absolutely fedup. i need my money.They cannot tell me whether everything is in place and my online login is now empty. no feedback despite i have been emailing and phoning in. customer service agents are rude and unhelpfull. please can someone contact me and give me proper feedback.. not this nonsense of waiting for 3-5 working days before getting a response. i am so cross....
