Absolutely non-responsive

I have written and called on many occasions to AF and been given the run around with absolutely no response or willingness to assist. I have been issued with two incorrect IRP5's and now face a significant tax inquiry as a result of the AF mistake. Absolutely no one in AF is even prepared to answer my mails let alone sort the issue out.

Be aware that once you are no longer a client they care very little to sorting out issues they caused when you were a client.
