Absolutely Disgusting Service or lack thereof

Disgusting service!! My mother submitted her pension withdrawal forms last year November, till today there has been no response from anyone at Alexander Forbes. Your call center is always experiencing high call volumes and no one responds to the admin email address. It is absolutely frustrating not getting any communication or feedback after submitting forms 3 months ago!!! It is appalling how we have to resort to such platforms and social media in order to get a response!!!!
