Absolutely disgusting service!!!

I have never in my life experiencence such bad services from anyone like i have gotten from Alexander Forbes this week. I have been told that the money will be in my account today and it is not there. I have made numerious attempts to find out what the delay is and no one at the company os able to give me an answer. I was told to continueously call back and was told twice that 2 agents will call me back yesterday and today which did not happen. The adminostration had left the office today without providing feedback. Never in my life have I been shunt around and **** to by companies or employees that have no idea what is going on in the company and with their client. The matter has now been esculated to a Team leader..... Absolutely disgusting..... Once again going another entire weekend with no answers regarding my payment!!! Shocking
