A special thanks to those who stepped in to help
The overall experience with Alex Forbes wasn’t great at all, the delay of my payment really inconvenienced me in so many ways. However, the client liaison officer Roxsan Stoltenkamp and one of the administrators Lindokuhle Khumalo really did their best to help, and that helped speed up the whole process. My 4 stars is for them: their customer service, patience and willingness to help.
